When I went to check in, lo and behold I was not given the suite I booked. I had booked my room under a suite comp, and yes, I know that comp rooms are never guaranteed so I thought this could be a problem. Harrah's & Caesar's have come up with their newest scheme to try and increase profits : good ole' bait and switch.
